Multispecific Grasslands

Multispecific grassland is a sown grassland characterised by the presence of at least three species, whether of distinct plant families (such as Grasses, Legumes, Rosaceae, etc…) or not. Durability of these grasslands varies.
Some originally mono or bi-specific grasslands which have seen the establishment of new species over the years can be considered multispecific. Likewise, numerous permanent grasslands in mountain regions are multispecific.
